How do I get my files after paying?
Digital products are delivered as a download link and are always available in your account. Course access is switched on in the same account as soon as payment completes.
Which payment methods can I use?
All prices are in INR. Checkout runs securely through Razorpay, so you can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. We never see or store your card details.
Can I use the assets in my YouTube videos?
Yes. Your licence covers your own personal and commercial projects (YouTube, social media, ads and client work), and you don't need to credit us. You can't resell or share the source files. The full details are in our terms.
Can I get a refund?
Once a file has been downloaded it can't be refunded, except for faulty files or duplicate payments reported within 7 days. You can get a course refunded within 7 days if you've completed less than 20% of it. See the refund policy.
How do I book a voice artist?
Browse the voice artists, pick a voice and tap "Select artist". That opens WhatsApp with the artist's name already filled in, ready to send.
