Once a file has been downloaded, it is treated as used. Exceptions apply only to faulty or corrupt files and duplicate payments. Please check the product description and compatibility before payment.

When purchasing digital products from kiyugraphix.in, please review the product preview, description, file format, software compatibility and system requirements carefully.
Payment and refund
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking) and other methods shown at checkout. KiyuGraphix does not store your card or banking details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- ×Digital downloads cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been downloaded.
- ×Change of mind, lack of required software or failure to read the product details is not a refund reason.
- ×Purchased files may not be returned like physical goods.
When we can help
We will refund or replace a digital download in the following cases, provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase:
- ✓You were charged more than once for the same order.
- ✓The purchased file is faulty or corrupt and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- ✓Your payment succeeded but no download access was provided and we cannot restore it.
Courses and workshops
Online courses and live workshops follow their own rules:
- ✓Courses: you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have completed less than 20% of the course lessons.
- ✓Workshop seats: refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session starts.
- ×Course refunds are not available after 7 days or once 20% or more of the lessons have been completed.
- ×Workshop seats cancelled less than 24 hours before the session, or missed sessions, are not refundable.
Getting your files
Your download link should appear after successful payment and may also be sent to your registered email address. If it does not arrive, check the spam folder and My Account → Downloads, then email kiyugraphix@gmail.com with your order number and payment details.
How to request a refund
Email kiyugraphix@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number, registered email address, payment reference and a clear description or screenshot of the issue. We will review your request and may first offer a replacement file or restored download access. If a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
