Terms & Conditions — KiyuGraphix

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using digital products such as backgrounds, templates, design files or courses.

By purchasing or using a KiyuGraphix product, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase, download or use our products.

01Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to your use of kiyugraphix.in and to all digital assets, templates, courses and related products supplied by KiyuGraphix.

02License to use

When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own personal and commercial projects, subject to these terms.

Commercial useUse the assets in your own projects — YouTube videos, social media content, ads and client work.
Unlimited projectsUse the assets in as many of your own projects as you like, unless a product states otherwise.
No credit requiredYou do not need to credit KiyuGraphix in your videos or designs.
No resale or sharingYou may not resell, redistribute or share the source files, in original or modified form.

03Ownership and rights

Products, designs and related files sold on kiyugraphix.in remain the intellectual property of KiyuGraphix. Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the original design.

04What you cannot do

  • Resell, lease, redistribute, share, upload or give the source files to others.
  • Claim the original or modified product as your own design.
  • Package the files with another product for resale or redistribution.
  • Use the files in illegal, harmful or rights-infringing content.
  • Make the files available through stock, download or asset-sharing platforms.

05Modifying the files

You may edit or modify purchased files to suit your project. Modified source files still cannot be sold, reshared, sublicensed or distributed as standalone assets.

06Payment and digital delivery

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking) and other methods shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before access is provided. Digital products are delivered by download link or through your account, and course access is activated on your account after payment. Purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy.

07No warranty and liability

Products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that every product will suit a specific purpose, software version or workflow. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KiyuGraphix is not responsible for indirect loss or damage arising from use of the files.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of kiyugraphix.in or our products is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sikar, Rajasthan.
